A majority of workers rate access to a workplace retirement plan and life insurance as either important or extremely important when measuring occupational benefits. In the survey titled “The Changing Face or Retirement – The Workplace Perspective,” 70% of the 9,000 respondents ranked a company’s retirement plan with employer contributions as either important of extremely important. Also, 52% percent of the respondents identified life insurance as an important or extremely important among workplace benefits.
